In my post today , I'm going to tell about 5 personal habit that really changed my life . Most of these habits brought me lot more productive and free for mental stress and make my mood calmer and free from anxiety .
Good habits can cut down clutter and randomness making you focused and aware about yourself .
There is one say at least 21 days to make a new good habit well I would say what if it takes longer we must try to get it . "
Sometime you changed just small things and rewards are enormous .
These 5 habits I started practising last 2 years .
WAKE UP EARLY
This habit hard for many people especially youngster but there are several benefit . This is the time when devils sleeps and god awakes join the 5 AM club , get your best work done In this club to get it finished with sharpest finishing and amazing energy . Use those extra hours in the morning to create your life . Yo do it Exercise , Meditation , Pick up a new hobby . There is lot of benefits if you really cultivate this habit . Early morning is the time where you will have a fresh mind and the time where you can have a private space for yourself .TO-DO LIST
Before you start day makes a to do list . According to the priority of the of the things which have the highest priority goes on the top of list and then comes the ones with the least . please avoid overloading your to do list and keep it realistic and large to do list with poor completion rate affect your moral . This is the habit that seriously have great change in my life and also you too .EAT HEALTHY
What you eat everyday by way of habit, makes more impact than you think. Stick to well-balanced meals that supply your body with just the right amount of proteins, carbohydrates, etc. Food also has an impact on your moods and it is important that you understand what each food does to different kinds of moods. Make sure you eat a power-packed breakfast for it is the only meal of the day that gives you enough energy to get through to the next meal. Well This is really a tough one for the our generation who are street fast food lovers . Make a routine everyday take a 4 meal everyday make sure they are healthy and not fat brusting , cultivating this habit slowly You can really see the difference in your life style .READING THE BOOKS
After waking up at least 15 minute read self help books . Reading is important part of your life To be classic enough you have to build rich vocabulary . Reading a book takes us to another world . Reading good book is like being around an inspiring person . we then observe inspiring actions , feel contagious passion , and desire to live a better life .When i am reading a book , whether wise or silly it seems to me to be alive and talking to me .
DEDUCTED THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND SPENT TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS
BY a report , India an average In smart phone user spent 3- 4 hours per day . so one day of week deducted this time and spent with family and friends . Love your family, spend time be kind and serve one another make no more regrets . Tomorrow is not promised Today is short.Family is the most important things in the world so we can't neglect it .so Today let us take an affirmation we spent more time with family and friends by face to face conversation.
NO Matter how many books or answer you read or video you watch on self- improvement if you don't take actions then it's useless.
So there you go These are the 5 simple things that have completely changed my life . for better I didn't begin doing all of these in one go. Any sort of change takes time . take it slow, take baby steps and I'm sure you 'll get there too .
