When a task seems overwhelming . You tend to procrastinate . In such cases, divide it into smaller manageable sub tasks . for e.g. If you have solve 250 multiple choice question within 10 days 25 solve daily. take baby steps!!
create and commit to a specific time limit for each segment of the task and schedule a block of time to work on one segment each day.
Become a productivity beat with free organizing apps like Forest, Todoist, and Anydo. which can keep track of the time and tasks and send you notifications when a deadlines's approaching. or use web blockers like Self control or Freedom, which let you limit the time you spend on certain sites (thank you, next, Twitter).

That way , you beat excuses to drift off because you are missing something.
so always put this thought in mind.
Like, I love Coffee. so, whenever I finish task without procrastinating I award myself with a Coffee . Even you can do same as your choice.

Plan time for whole day schedule
Every day or Every week or Every month makes a plan of all things that you want to complete. This includes making preparing notes, read and finished that's chapter, hangout with friends , ....... whatever tasks you have coming up. then set out deadlines for these tasks . planning of everything is in your life is very important. not only say but it seeing them take down on paper next to their due dates will make them less abstract and more real- which will make you that much more determined to complete them on time.This is the best tips to beat procrastination.
Start Small
